Your Pathway

Your Career

Our 36 personalised pathways use high-quality university outreach programmes alongside the best careers companies. Each pathway is weaved into the students 2-year programme and ranges from mentoring by university students, work experience in London and university summer schools.

Our pathways ensure students develop their understanding of higher education, support with raising attainment, increase confidence, improve engagement with sixth form and help to maximise chances of success in the university admissions process. The completion of some of these programmes can result in a reduced university offer of up to 3 grades (e.g. BBB instead of AAA).
